In the recruitment process, Candidates who meet the following conditions can participate:

2SUBMIT ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS TO THE OFFICE OF THE ADMISSIONS TEAM

The office is located at the headquarters of the Warsaw Medical and Technical Academy of Applied Sciences at Bitwy Warszawskiej 1920 Street number 18, in Warsaw (room 0.1.)

Documents can be pre-uploaded to the recruitment system for verification purposes.
Please note, however, that for your application to be considered, the documentation must be submitted to the Recruitment Team Office in hard copy.
The recruitment application, medical certificate, and payment agreement (two copies) must be submitted in original.
This can be done in person, through a third party, by post, or by courier.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE ADMISSIONS STAGE

  1. application with the candidate’s handwritten signature (to be printed from the admissions system)
  2. a photocopy of the matriculation certificate (the Matura certificate – original available for inspection) or the International Baccalaureate or the European Baccalaureate/or other document equivalent to the Polish Matura certificate in accordance with the qualifier https://kwalifikator.nawa.gov.pl/
  3. apostille or legalization of the secondary school leaving certificate (does not apply to citizens of Ukraine)
  4. a document confirming proficiency in the Polish language at a level not lower than B2 (a list of recognized documents is available in the “DOCUMENTS TO DOWNLOAD” section)
  5. certificate from a doctor in occupational medicine
  6. payment confirmation application fee
  7. payment confirmation registration fee
  8. sworn translations of all documents prepared in a language other than Polish
  9. agreement on tuition payment conditions in two copies.
  10. a statement of the legal representative signed by the parents/legal guardians of the Candidate along with a photocopy of the birth certificate (optional) – only if the Candidate is under 18 years of age at the time of submitting the documents,
  11. power of attorney (optional) – in a situation where the Candidate authorizes a representative to submit documents and collect the certificate on their behalf.

  2. photocopy of the higher education diploma with a supplement/transcript of records (original available for inspection)
  3. apostille or legalization of the secondary school leaving certificate (does not apply to citizens of Ukraine)

ATTENTION!

  • In connection with the termination by the Republic of Belarus of the Agreement of April 28, 2005 on the recognition of equivalence in higher education, the equivalence of scientific degrees and degrees in the field of art, candidates for studies with secondary school leaving certificates in Belarus after September 29, 2005, are additionally required to provide a document confirming the recognition of the certificate.

    Matters regarding the recognition of eligibility to undertake higher education based on foreign certificates are handled by the National Agency for Academic Exchange.

 

TIPS

FEES

At the recruitment stage, candidates for studies are required to pay the fees listed below.
The fees are non-refundable (except in cases where the chosen program is not launched).

Application Fee

PLN 85 for EU citizens
PLN 150 for non-EU citizens

Registration Fee

– 350 PLN for candidates for first- and second-cycle programs, except for Nursing
– 450 PLN for candidates for the Nursing program
– 550 PLN for candidates for specialist education
– 550 PLN for candidates for postgraduate studies in the field of “Training Programming and Nutritional Strategies in Sports”
– 250 PLN for candidates for postgraduate studies in the following fields:

Chemistry and Cosmetic Formulation, Cosmetic Design, Diagnostics in Cosmetology, Food Design, Gastronomy and Dietetics, Food Hygiene and Nutrition, Quality and Safety of Cosmetic Products, Bioesthetic Cosmetology, Holistic Cosmetology, Clinical Cosmetology, Basic Cosmetology, Oncocosmetology, Perfumery, Podiatry, Food Technology and Microbiology, Cosmetic Production Technology, Cosmetic Trichology, Quality Management and Food Safety, Green Chemistry.

TRANSLATION

The candidate must provide translations of all documents issued in a language other than Polish:

MEDICAL CERTIFICATE

Candidates are required to provide the Office of the Admissions Team with a certificate from a doctor in occupational medicine confirming there are no contraindications to undertake studies in the selected field.

Medical examinations are carried out by an occupational medicine doctor based on a referral.

The candidate can use the offer of medical facilities cooperating with the Warsaw Medical and Technical Academy of Applied Sciences , where you can quickly and efficiently make an appointment with a doctor.

IMPORTANT: The Warsaw Medical and Technical Academy of Applied Sciences does not cover the costs of medical exams.

FAQ

Who should be present when submitting the recruitment documents of a minor?

For enrollment, a minor candidate can come with a parent/legal guardian, who will personally sign a declaration of consent for undertaking studies in the presence of a university employee. Based on this document, the candidate can personally sign the recruitment application and other documents required by the university.

Can a parent/legal guardian submit the recruitment documents of a minor candidate without their presence?

Yes.

Can a minor candidate come to the university alone to submit recruitment documents?

Yes. They must have with them a declaration signed by one of the parents and a photocopy of their birth certificate.
 

What happens if neither the candidate nor the parent/legal guardian can come to submit the recruitment documents?

In such a case, the parent/legal guardian can appoint a proxy to submit the declaration (with the parent’s signature) on their behalf. The proxy must have a power of attorney signed by the parent/legal guardian and a photocopy of an identity document for verification.
